Britt founded Equal Path Co. to deliver the kind of genuinely consistent, reliable and person centred support she admired for her own family.
With this lived experience, Britt understands first hand how much the quality of support shapes everyday life. She leads a team committed to clear communication, follow-through and supports built around each participant's goals, routines and preferences.
